The directory

Independent Norwich lists independent local businesses in Norwich, UK. Listings are curated: we review every application and may accept, edit or decline a listing at our discretion.

Business accounts

Approved businesses receive an account to manage their own listing. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you publish, including photos, opening hours and contact details. You must hold the rights to any images you upload.

Acceptable use

Listings must describe a real business trading in or around Norwich. Misleading content, unlawful content, or content that infringes third-party rights may be removed and the associated account closed.

Liability

Directory information is provided by the businesses themselves and is offered in good faith without warranty. Always check details such as opening hours directly with the business. To the maximum extent permitted by law we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on listing content.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page applies.
